But then we saw some other kids come around the building and she starts shouting "my friends, Mommy!! My friends are coming!!" And lucky for her, they actually were our friends and she got to play with them for an hour!

May 6 - My friends!!
Emily LOVES other kids. She is so excited when she has someone else to play with. She spends her whole day asking if it's time for Katelyn to come home yet. Today, we had to go to school with Katelyn for Cheer Clinic. I thought we would be there the whole time, but apparently, they don't have parents stay for clinic, so Emily and I had a lot of time to waste! I decided to go play on the school playground and Emily was super excited because she loves to swing!
May 3 - Happy Birthday, Katelyn!
Katelyn turned 8 today!! How did that happen?
We had a huge party with lots of friends and a sleep over too! It ended up being kind of overwhelming for her, so I think next year we'll do something a lot smaller. She mostly had a great day though!
It was hula themed because she REALLY wanted a coconut bra, lol!

May 2 - My baby, Katelyn!
Emily found this doll in the toy box and has been carrying it around all day taking care of it!
When I asked her baby's name, she said "oh, that's my baby, Katelyn!"
So cute!
May 1 - Obstacle Course
There are TONS of kids coming for Katelyn's party on Saturday, so we decided to have an obstacle course to keep them busy! Today we tested it out to make sure it would be fun!
Apr 30 - Play ball!!
Emily loves playing ball, it doesn't matter what the game is! Today she played baseball with the neighbors and Nana!
She waited very patiently in the outfield for someone to hit the ball to her and then she got huffy if it didn't land in her glove. It was so funny!
Apr 25 - Dear Diary
Katelyn needs to practice writing, so I got her a new diary. She was not happy I took a picture of it, lol!!
Apr 24 - Boys, Ugh
We went to play at the park today and there was a little boy that Emily would not stop chasing!
One of his sisters tried to rescue him and she put her hand up and said "It's MY Max! It's ok!" Silly kid!
Apr 19 - Easter Egg Hunt and Easter at Nana's!
We went to the community Easter Egg Hunt this morning!
Then we went to Nana's to color eggs!
And the girls did make overs!
Apr 18 - Walking with Daddy and Easter fun!
Today, while I was at work the girls went for a long walk with Daddy!
When I got home we made playdough out of Peeps!
And we decorated for Easter!
