I took Emily to the doctor a few days ago, because I thought she might have an ear infection. She didn't, but he mentioned that part of her problem was she's right in the 'seperation anxiety' stage. Basically, she's big enough to understand I'm gone when she can't see me now, but she's not big enough to understand that I'm coming back, so she really freaks out if I leave her. She's taken it to a whole new level though, because I must be touching her, for her to be happy. So since I had to set her down to take this picture, she's crying. It's nice to be loved, but I'll be happy when this stage is over, lol!
