Day 128 - The Bates' Park

Today, Katelyn got to go play at a park with one of her friends.  She had a lot of fun!  They got to ride their bikes there.

Katelyn got to show off her spinning on the bar trick.

And Thomas just had to know how to do it too!

 And, they found a frog!  Katelyn was super disappointed that it hopped away before she got to touch it!

She went to the park with Thomas, who is 6 and his little brother Cory, who is 3, I think.  They were drawing on the sidewalk with chalk, when Cory saw an ant and started to cry. I was so proud of Katelyn, because she acts like she is terrified of ants, normally.  But today, she reached right over and squashed the ant with her finger so Cory wouldn't be scared!
