We've been working on getting ready for Emily's arrival this week! We have 6ish weeks until her due date (and of course, everyone is hoping she comes sooner!) We are very lucky that most of the big things we used for Katelyn will still work for Emily, like her crib and dresser, and her bouncer, swing, and stroller. Last night, I put batteries in some of the things to make sure they still worked and Katelyn had a LOT of fun playing with all the baby gadgets and making them make noises. In particular, she loved the aquarium that was attached to her crib as a baby. Today, she brought it out "to help Zoe go to sleep."
She tried to teach by example too, lol!
Zoe was not amused.
Katelyn loves the other baby things too. She was cracking me the other day, she was trying on the baby bibs and she found one that looked like Tigger. So she attached her slinky to her pants and spent a good chunk of her afternoon hopping around, pretending she was Tigger.
