Day 243 - Skates, again

We went roller skating again tonight.  It's a good way for Katelyn to burn off some of her crazy energy from school and she really has a lot of fun!   Tonight, there were a lot more kids there and they turned off the bright lights and got to play games and skate around with the strobe lights and the disco balls!  Katelyn was MUCH braver than last week, she skated by herself right from the start and although she still isn't very fast, she was taking bigger steps and barely falling at all.  It helped that another girl her size was there and wanted to play with her, so she was trying to keep up with her friend.  She had a really good time and is already begging to go back next week!
